Your Guarantee

All Silentnight products are individually tested before leaving the factory. This guarantee is only valid if the product has been used for domestic use only in accordance with the instructions provided.

If a manufacturing fault develops within 28 days of purchase, please return to the place of purchase, with proof of purchase, for a replacement.

If a manufacturing fault develops after 28 days and within the guarantee period of the product, you can make a claim HERE. Please ensure you have your purchase details ready.

Please ensure all Products which you are claiming against are retained until advised otherwise; a return or additional information may be required to complete your claim.

Replacements are limited to within the United Kingdom. Claims outside the UK must be returned to the original place of purchase.

This guarantee is for replacements only, No refunds will be offered. Should the same item not be available due to being discontinued or out of stock, we may send a similar model which is available.

Guarantee periods:

Pet beds, Airbeds – 12 months

Pillows, Mattress protectors, Mattress Toppers – 2 Years

Electric blankets, Heated throws – 3 Years

Duvets – 5 Years

Please check your product packaging for details on the guarantee length if not shown. The guarantee period runs from the time of original purchase, replacements do not extend this period.

We shall not be liable to replace the goods under the terms of the guarantee in the following cases:

– Fault caused through accidental use, mis-use, negligence, wilful damage, abnormal storage, fair wear and tear or used contrary to the manufacturers’ recommendations and care instructions.

– Used on the incorrect voltage supply (if applicable).

– If the product has been tampered with by an unqualified person.

– If the manufacturing details have been removed

– If the product has been purchased from an unauthorised seller.

This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Advice about your legal rights is available from your local Citizens’ Advice Bureau or Trading Standards Office. The guarantee does not confer any rights other than those expressed and in particular we shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage.
